LInkscape is one of the seomoz newest product
It provides link data that search marketers always wanted. While building linkscape they developed many actionable metrics to make the data useful.
and also mozRank, mozTrust, Pay-Level Domains, Fully-Qualified Domains
linkscape is all about link intelligence Linkscape offers two reporting types : Link Intelligence Reports : offer users the ability to generate a report of a certain URL, including inlinks to the URL, anchor text distribution, domain and overall link metrics such as mozRank and mozTrust. They provide a list of the most important specific links and sources. Comparison Reports : Offer users a way to compare link metrics and anchor text distribution of a small group of URLs. Linkscape Datasources :
just like the major search engines linkscape also crawls data from the world wide web. This data comes from avariety of sources. All the linkscape datasources follow internet standards to help ensure webmaster privacy. These sources are programmed to request and honor the Robots Exclusion Protocol (robots.txt) before crawling a website. You can also exclude linkscape to crawl your website simply by typing "seomoz" in meta tag Link Metrics : mozrank : It is very similar to the measures of static importance used by the search engines ie google's page rank. Its focus is on finding, analyzing, and reporting on links and URLs, not keywords or content in the page. The more links a page has, the more value its links pass. Moz Trust : mozTrust helps to estimate the trustworthiness for pages and domains
it is also similar in presentation from 1-10
Uses the concept of trustrank.ie identifying trusted sources and the pages and sites closely linked-to by those sources.
Sites and pages that have high numbers of links, but few trusted links, may indicate the presence of spam. Domain juice : It is the sum of mozRanks for all URL's in a domain
Domain juice values can be higher than 10for domains with high powerful pages. |
